What is the product returning window?
- We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 7 days of your delivery date, if 7 days have passed since your delivery date, you will not be offered a return window.
What are the conditions for returning my product?
- The product is not as described on the Product information page on the official website
- If the product gets damaged during shipment transit/delivery
Refunds will be processed only if
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- The product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
How to raise a return request?
- If there is a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly send you another one.
- Please submit the Order returns claims on WhatsApp support. You will need to send pictures of defects on the product on WhatsApp support.
