What is the product returning window?

  • We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 7 days of your delivery date, if 7 days have passed since your delivery date, you will not be offered a return window.

What are the conditions for returning my product? 

  1. The product is not as described on the Product information page on the official website
  2. If the product gets damaged during shipment transit/delivery

Refunds will be processed only if

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  3. The product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).

How to raise a return request?

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly send you another one.
  • Please submit the Order returns claims on WhatsApp support. You will need to send pictures of defects on the product on WhatsApp support.
